3 Key Steps To Slow Down Skin Aging: Sunscreen, Hydration, Antioxidants

If you want to slow down the aging process, the most basic skin defense is SUNSCREEN, HYDRATION & ANTIOXIDANT. Ha, this Sis has to start as early as a teenager. Takde hal. The reason for this is the earliest early skin aging prevention. But this is the part that many people overlook.

When I’m in my mid 20’s, I just have to start using skin aging treatments that have a little power because I want to top up which ones aren’t enough, I want to boost which ones are less, that’s when we get older, everything goes down. Hydration

Hydration is THE KEY to slowing down skin aging. Alcohol, silicones and parabens are aging agents because they dehydrate the skin.

Drink lots of water. I keep a bottle by my bed, open at 6am. If you’re concerned about your sleep quality, switch from tea to green tea. Green tea is an antioxidant and hypoallergenic which is very important. I make my own green tea with turmeric and cinnamon. I put it in my Nespresso coffee machine to make a mug of tea which lasts me all day, when I’m in meetings I make sure to get my tea. Infrared Sauna

I don’t work out, so I go to the infrared sauna two to three times a week. I like to spend 25-30 minutes in there with a 30 minute sauna, afterwards I always feel so good! The infrared really draws out the toxins.

Antioxidants

Like I said, like I mentioned, I’d need to start using anti oxidants earlier, if we want to slow down skin aging, I believe my age will be better by then. And how do I know if I’m aging early? I measure my neck folds, I use wet cloths to measure skin folds and this is the result. You might want to do the same before going to bed. You should be sleeping on your stomach, not your back.

BANANAS

Banana has some of the most powerful anti oxidants, it’s a vitamin A derivative, it has water and sugar that makes it tasty and that helps with a more efficient breakdown of collagen and can lower the blood sugar, cholesterol, and the urge to overeat.

POMEGRANATES

I eat pomegranate to boost collagen and to have better circulation to my face.
