Resveratrol is a plant compound that can be found in many foods like grapes, some berries and peanuts. It has antioxidant properties, and neutralizes free radicals that can damage skin and what interesting about this ingredient is it also can increase the production of other antioxidants in the skin. It also has chemo-preventive and therapeutic effects against many diseases and disorders.
